UCP-Runner v1.0
The deterministic reference for intent and domain codes used by the GLYTCH UCP-Runner encoder.
Every command normalizes to a four-segment pipe-delimited packet. Argument tokens have stop-words stripped and non-alphanumeric characters removed.
Read-only retrieval of data from a sovereign store.
Compute, aggregate, or derive insight from operands.
Reconcile state across LegendDatabase or peer nodes.
Mutate state, or fallback for unmapped commands.
Core runtime, configuration, and process control.

Every command is resolved by a fixed, auditable encoder — intent, domain and argument are matched by deterministic rules, never generated. Each packet carries a confidence score so repeat and QR-initiated commands stay efficient and error-free.
